About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead project delivery through the full lifecycle using best practice project management methodology
- Act as the primary client interface and trusted advisor
- Manage project commercial performance, governance and resourcing
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive collaboration across stakeholders
- Provide leadership, mentoring and technical guidance to junior team members
- Manage procurement strategies, tender processes and contract administration
- Ensure compliance with AtkinsRéalis systems, standards and policies
- Support business development and contribute to winning new work
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree qualified with significant relevant experience
- Chartered professional (MRICS, MCIOB, CHPP or equivalent)
- Strong track record of delivering projects across public and/or private sectors
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments
- Commercially astute with experience managing project financials
- Experience with JCT and NEC contracts and procurement strategies
- May require security clearance
- May require proof of residency in the UK for 5 years or longer if security clearance is necessary
