About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join the team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and locations within UAE
- Manage post-contract commercial contract administration
- Perform re-measurement and assess interim and final account payment applications
- Prepare monthly cost reports
- Manage variations, contractor claims, provisional sums, prime costs, nominated subcontractors, insurances and bonds
- Attend design and commercial meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience of FIDIC Contracts preferred
- Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognised university
- Minimum 10 years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management
- Experience in high rise office or residential sectors
- Consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years
- Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Good project background
- Proven English language technical writing ability and skills
