About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Produce, review, and distribute specialized content on Corporate Governance, including articles, educational materials, publications, and content supporting Marketing and Sales initiatives
Plan and lead webinars, workshops, and other Corporate Governance education initiatives
Develop and deliver internal training for Sales, Customer Success, and other teams
Support the review and enhancement of processes, practices, and materials used by the Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
Serve as a subject-matter expert in Corporate Governance, supporting internal teams with specialized requests, sales presentations, client discussions, and the development of advisory materials
Conduct governance assessments and support clients in evaluating the maturity of their governance practices, boards, and other governing bodies
Build and maintain relationships with Governance Officers and other governance professionals at strategic clients
Identify market trends, needs, and opportunities, contributing to the evolution of Atlas’s products, services, and positioning strategies
Support the VP of Customer Experience and the Head of Customer Success in strategic initiatives related to market education, internal enablement, and the enhancement of governance practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Corporate Governance and/or Corporate Law
Degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
Advanced English and Spanish proficiency
Knowledge of AI
Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Participation in governance courses and forums (IBGC and similar organizations) is a plus
