About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on the Blue Team, focusing on Azure cloud security and automation in the Microsoft environment
- Administer and operate security tools, including Microsoft Defender, Zscaler, Fortinet Firewall, Azure Cloud Security, Microsoft 365/O365, Entra ID, Vicarius, and Microsoft Sentinel SIEM
- Analyze operational security requests and tickets
- Participate in security projects
- Develop and maintain automations in the Microsoft environment using PowerShell, Bash, Logic Apps, Power Automate, Automation Account, APIs, and AI resources
- Contribute to the team’s development and to increasing the organization’s security maturity
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Information Security (Blue Team)
- Knowledge of Azure cloud security
- Experience with automation in the Microsoft environment (PowerShell, Power Platform, APIs, etc.)
- Knowledge of security tools such as Defender, Entra ID, and O365
- Experience analyzing tickets and handling operational security routines
- Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously
- Preferred: knowledge of Zscaler, Fortinet, and Vicarius
- Preferred: experience using AI to automate processes
- Preferred: Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-500, SC-200, SC-300)
- Preferred: familiarity with incident response and threat hunting
- Preferred: experience integrating security tools (SOAR)
