About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work full-time on a staff augmentation basis
- Report to the Senior Software Architect
- Perform hands-on Java development using the expected technical stack
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, escalations, production deployments, and other Agile ceremonies
- Conduct daily code check-ins and reviews
- Work within a weekly sprint cadence
- Serve as the central coordinator across all engagements
- Act as an ambassador and flag bearer for Atlas in client interactions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically 10+ years in software development and delivery
- Hands-on coding experience
- Business analysis experience
- Agile team leadership experience
- Customer-facing and client account collaboration experience
- Current, hands-on Spring Boot experience
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Experience with Java, Spring Data, Spring REST, Swagger, and Postman
- Experience with relational databases, SQL, and transactions
- Experience with JUnit 5 and REST Assured
- Experience with manual UI testing and automated backend testing
- Experience with React and TypeScript
- Experience with Datadog
- Availability during U.S. working hours for Agile ceremonies and related commitments
