About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of SMB customers
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey
- Identify new business opportunities and drive them through the full sales cycle
- Support customers with technical discovery, solution adoption, and cloud consumption
- Build long-term customer relationships while driving retention and business growth
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure pipeline excellence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Good computer skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- High School Diploma
- EU Passport/ID or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit
- Resident of a country within the European Union
- CV must be sent in English
