Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical support for customers using MiniMed™ diabetes devices
- Troubleshoot device issues
- Guide users on product functionality
- Coordinate repair or replacement processes when needed
- Deliver customer support and accurate documentation
- Follow compliance and support procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in Polish
- B2 level in English
- Curiosity about the latest technology
- Customer support experience is a bonus
- Strong communication skills
- Empathy
- Ability to live in Sofia
