About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide phone, email, and chat support for customers regarding insulin pumps and related accessories
- Provide information about the company's products and services
- Assist customers in connecting insulin pumps to smartphone apps
- Handle customer service requests with empathy and customer focus
- Assist customers in using and managing insulin pumps effectively
- Document and track customer requests in SAP CRM
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or management when necessary
- Work with local second-level support and other departments to resolve customer issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German
- Availability to work in rotating shifts
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
- High School Diploma
- EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card
