Key responsibilities & impact

Manage assigned vacancies in collaboration with Atlean World
Source candidates through job boards, social media and networking
Conduct pre-screening and interviews to evaluate candidate suitability
Present shortlisted candidates to Atlean World’s internal recruitment team
Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process
Build and manage a candidate network across international markets
Identify new sourcing opportunities, markets and recruitment strategies
Track performance and work toward personal and financial goals
Build professional reputation through consistent results and quality recruitment
Work independently while collaborating with Atlean World

Requirements

What you’ll need

Entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable working independently
Ambitious and motivated by achieving results
Takes ownership of work, pipeline and performance
Strong results-oriented and commercial mindset
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
Prior experience in recruitment, sales or the BPO industry
Familiarity with digital recruitment tools, job boards and social media platforms
Enjoys working in an international and multicultural environment
Constantly looks for ways to improve, grow and create new opportunities
