Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent in French and good English
Solid C1, C2 or native level in the working language
Minimum B2 English
Strong communication and active listening skills
Problem-solving, can-do mindset
Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools
Patience, empathy and a positive attitude
Availability to work in shifts
Clean criminal record
Valid work permit or European passport
CV must be sent in English
Must be a resident of a country within the European Union
