About the role

- Solve problems and create positive experiences for every customer
- Follow the brand's guidelines and quality standards on every interaction
- Log and update customer interactions in the relevant systems
- Work closely with the team to keep improving the service provided
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in French, good English
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- A problem-solving, can-do mindset
- Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools
- Patience, empathy and a positive attitude
- Availability to work in shifts
- Solid C1, C2 or native level in the working language
- Minimum B2 English
- Clean criminal record
- Valid work permit or European passport
- Resident of a country within the European Union
- CV must be sent in English
