About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive projects from planning through execution and completion
  • Develop and maintain project plans covering timelines, milestones, resources, risks, and deliverables
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within approved budget
  • Manage projects in line with atNorth’s project frameworks and governance requirements
  • Prepare and present project updates for reviews and key decision points
  • Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and change requests
  • Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and cash-flow forecasts
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, clarify requirements, secure dependencies, and manage expectations
  • Ensure structured reporting and accurate documentation of project deliverables, risks, decisions, and lessons learned
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration, knowledge sharing, and structured handovers across teams
  • Identify and manage risks across projects and operational interfaces
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards, sustainability targets, and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to strengthening project management capabilities and developing best practices
  • Prepare business cases and investment requests
  • Manage scope changes and change orders within delegated authority
  • Prioritize project resources in alignment with portfolio priorities
  • Escalate critical risks and, when necessary, suspend project activities
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders across a dynamic digital infrastructure environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record in project management
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with cross-functional project management
  • Stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Change management experience
  • Risk management experience
  • Cost and budget management experience
  • Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Business acumen
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Project Management, Engineering, or Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience
  • Fluency in English required
  • Proficiency in the local language preferred
  • Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA is advantageous but not required
  • Ability to manage projects from planning through execution and follow-up
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate change, manage risks, and deliver high-quality results
