About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the final decision-maker for 6 to 10 client accounts across paid media, websites, CRM, and creative
Direct AI agents and teammates by selecting, approving, or returning work with exact corrections
Report to the CEO and work as a peer to the founders
Take over the approval queue for every active account
Ensure delivery operates without CEO involvement by day 90
Build a tool or process enabling the team to take on five additional accounts with the same people
Release features to the internal platform by directing Claude Code: write specifications, test on staging, and merge releases
Run client relationships with owners, executive directors, and sales teams
Approve Google Ads and Meta builds before launch
Adjust budgets and bids and remove non-performing search terms
Own conversion tracking across GTM, GA4, and offline CRM imports
Direct WordPress rebuilds and own go-live, redirects, and Search Console
Connect CRMs, call tracking, and forms so leads can be followed through to sale
Approve client pricing changes, promotions, and policy pages
Sign off on weekly and monthly client reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years running marketing or growth for clients or at an agency
Final say on a client's ad spend, creative, or pricing, and ability to name the decision
Google Ads and Meta campaigns built and managed independently
Daily work with Claude or a similar tool, including something real released through it
Habit of checking AI output before it goes live
Comfort with tag managers, CRMs, DNS, and webhooks
Near-native English
Confidence saying no to a client on a call
Willingness to grow with the company as it takes on more accounts
Bonus: Marketing experience in senior living, med spas, dental, healthcare, cannabis retail, or education
Bonus: Experience with ALIS, Pagoda, or Dutchie
Bonus: Advertiser verification, A2P 10DLC registration, or HIPAA and cannabis ad rules handled independently
Bonus: WordPress experience beyond the editor, such as themes, plugins, or staging-to-production deployment
Bonus: SQL, GitHub pull requests, or Supabase
