About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and run outreach to retailers and partners
- Find relevant contacts, write emails, and track outreach performance
- Support the field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and follow-up emails
- Own email and SMS marketing, subscription retention, win-back and pause offers, referral programs, and search/content
- Create marketing visuals with AI tools while following the existing brand look and feel
- Automate recurring manual tasks
- Track company order and subscription data and flag anomalies
- Build an outreach process that largely runs independently
- Help the field team improve each round
- Drive steady growth through search, email, retention, and referral programs
- Complete a paid exercise involving an enriched contact list, a three-touch sequence, and a generated script or flow
- Work directly with the two founders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience using Claude Code (or a similar AI coding tool) to build something real that’s still in use today
- 3+ years in marketing
- Experience running cold email outreach using a tool like Apollo plus an email sequencing tool
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and data; SQL is a plus
- Some scripting in Python or JavaScript, or experience directing AI to write it
- Familiarity with connecting tools through APIs
- A good marketing eye and clear, simple writing
- Bonus: Experience with Apollo, n8n, SQL databases, SEO tools, or AI image tools
- Bonus: Marketing experience in a regulated industry
- Bonus: DTC, subscription, or ecommerce experience, especially retention and referral programs
- Ability to work 9–5 CT overlap if remote
- Must comply with 18+ and UK-only marketing restrictions and avoid health, quit-smoking, or performance claims
