About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare financial and business-related analyses and research covering financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments
Prepare consolidated forecasts and budgets and analyze trends in revenue, expenses, capital expenditures, and related areas
Assist with compiling and analyzing consolidated budgets and long-range plans
Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management
Support senior management and department heads with in-depth analysis
Produce ad-hoc reports and analyses
Handle month close, including posting accruals, prepayments, reclassifications, and reallocations entries
Work with different stakeholders and build relationships
Support an end-to-end business unit, including revenue, contract profitability, order entry, delivery, and cost base
Prepare financial and MIS reports, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Perform other duties as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or related field
Qualified Accountant preferred
Typically requires 3 to 7 years business related experience
Ability to make decisions and solve general problems with precedents
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent time management skills
High proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Comfortable working within a consolidation software system
Highest standards of accuracy and precision
Highly organized
Ability to think creatively
Highly driven and self-motivated
