About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from various stakeholders
- Draft functional specifications and user stories
- Facilitate business workshops and project scoping meetings
- Act as the liaison between business and technical teams
- Contribute to defining target processes and optimizing them
- Support functional testing campaigns and track defects
- Support users during deployment and change management phases
- Participate in project monitoring in Agile or V-Model environments
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree or engineering school qualification
- At least 3 to 4 years of successful experience in a Business Analyst role
- Ideally, experience in complex environments or digital transformation projects
- Experience working in teams, collaborative environments, and client-facing settings
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Confident facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in environments involving multiple stakeholders
- Curiosity, autonomy, and a proactive mindset
