Key responsibilities & impact

Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and user needs in the travel space
Lead requirement-gathering sessions and document detailed business requirements
Write user stories aligned with business goals and refine them with product owners, developers, and QA teams
Review systems, processes, and data flows to identify improvements
Use Jira and Confluence to manage workflows, document user stories, and maintain project documentation
Collaborate with development, QA, and other teams to implement solutions
Support quality assurance by creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Identify process improvements and recommend efficiency-enhancing solutions
Stay current on travel-industry trends and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst
Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
GDS (Global Distribution System) experience is a strong plus
