About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deploy, administer, operate, and improve the security solutions provided to clients
- Perform security monitoring, detection, protection, and incident response activities
- Keep cybersecurity platforms operational and in working order
- Manage SIEM, EDR/XDR, Vulnerability Management, bastion host, PAM, security monitoring, endpoint protection, and related tools
- Handle incidents and analyze alerts
- Implement changes and provide advanced-level technical support
- Participate in projects to deploy and integrate new security solutions for clients
- Administer and operate cybersecurity solutions
- Maintain and optimize detection rules and dashboards
- Implement technical changes, updates, and enhancements
- Contribute to vulnerability management and remediation plans
- Write and maintain technical documentation
- Produce operational reports and performance indicators
- Participate in crisis teams or incident response activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of MSS processes and services
- Support client teams and facilitate knowledge transfer
- Collaborate with architecture, integration, and operations teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5)
- At least 5 years of experience in hardware or software cybersecurity integration
- 5 years of experience in an IT services company or consulting firm
- Strong technical skills
- Good understanding of operational security challenges
- Analytical skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork skills
- Vendor certifications are a plus (Stormshield, etc.)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
