About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain applications in Go (Golang) and C#/.NET
Contribute to the architecture and technical decisions for solutions
Develop interfaces and services enabling communication with industrial systems
Ensure integration with production equipment, MES, SCADA, and ERP systems
Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability
Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with development best practices
Contribute to testing, validation, and production deployment phases
Support business teams in analyzing requirements and translating them into technical solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across development, automation, architecture, business, and operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree or engineering degree in computer science
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in complex industrial environments
Strong development experience in Go (Golang) and C#/.NET
Good understanding of industrial challenges and production systems
Experience with distributed architectures, microservices, and REST APIs
Awareness of cybersecurity, performance, and system availability requirements
Ability to quickly become proficient in new technical environments
Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and a proactive mindset
Skills in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Azure DevOps, RabbitMQ, and Kafka
Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments
Knowledge of industrial systems (MES, SCADA, OPC-UA, industrial IoT) is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions and work with business stakeholders
