About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as finance business partner for the Cyber Products business line within Eviden
- Drive financial performance, support strategic decision-making, strengthen financial governance and align operational execution with business objectives
- Partner with Cyber Products leadership on growth, profitability and value creation initiatives
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes
- Monitor revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, headcount and cash performance
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations for executive decision-making
- Challenge business assumptions and identify opportunities to improve financial performance
- Ensure financial governance, compliance and internal controls
- Drive finance transformation, reporting automation and performance management improvements
- Coordinate monthly business reviews and communicate key financial risks and opportunities
- Lead and develop finance resources supporting the Cyber Products organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience or demonstrated capability in finance business partnering for a product/business line organization
- Ability to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning
- Ability to monitor revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, headcount and cash performance
- Strong financial analysis and recommendation skills
- Ability to challenge business assumptions and identify financial performance improvement opportunities
- Knowledge of financial governance, compliance and internal controls
- Experience with finance transformation, reporting automation and performance management
- Ability to coordinate monthly business reviews and communicate financial risks and opportunities
- Leadership and development of finance resources
