About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide exceptional technical support for a variety of infrastructure technologies
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
Ensure efficient and effective support operations
Collaborate with the customer, Service Providers, and other teams to maintain stable and smooth infrastructure operations
Oversee daily support activities, including issue resolution, escalation procedures, and knowledge base management
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the infrastructure team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
More than 4 years of experience in System Administration and Infrastructure
Understanding of ITIL principles and their application to service management
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize workload
Experience with setting up and using Application Monitoring tools (Prometheus Stack, Dynatrace, Datadog, ...) is preferred
Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) is required
Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.) a plus
Experience in OS Administration (Linux or Windows)
Experience in Microsoft Infrastructure, especially Active Directory, ADFS, and CA, is a must
Experience with Database technologies is preferred
