About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and scope projects from inception with appropriate detail and scrutiny
Deliver end-to-end regulatory, contractual and discretionary change projects for Atos BPS clients
Manage activity stream leads, IT Solutions Design Manager, Risk Consultants, SMEs and client-side stakeholders
Produce project deliverables using waterfall, small change or agile methodologies and best-practice toolsets
Lead sponsors and stakeholders while maintaining confidence, transparency and control across the project team
Follow EB Change portfolio governance, controls and repeatable processes, including reporting and budgetary tasks
Work on multiple projects simultaneously
Chair Working Delivery Groups and provide succinct, up-to-date reporting
Manage escalations using appropriate governance, including RAID log items
Lead Business Analysts in information-gathering and analytical tasks
Manage the project budget
Work with third-party suppliers, internal Atos suppliers and client-side stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years Project Management Experience in an L&P/Financial Services context (preferred experience)
Experience in regulatory and discretionary change delivery (preferred experience)
Experience in risk and controls project delivery (preferred experience)
Project lifecycles and their deliverables knowledge
Project delivery in the Life and Pensions sector, including a basic understanding of products, processes and regulatory context
Knowledge of governance and RAID operation
Knowledge of business acceptance processes and test verification
Preferred project management training in a formal method such as PRINCE2 or Agile
To be eligible for SC clearance, must have lived and worked in the UK continuously for the past 5 years
