About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, install, configure, and integrate IAM and PAM solutions
Participate in technical workshops and detailed architecture phases
Perform migrations, upgrades, and production deployments
Administer and operate platforms in critical environments
Handle complex incidents, problems, and change requests
Conduct root cause analyses and propose remediation plans
Develop scripts and automation to industrialize operational activities
Create and maintain technical documentation and operating procedures
Participate in security audits and compliance activities
Provide expert-level technical support to client and internal teams
Support the development of team skills and contribute to knowledge sharing
Contribute to presales activities, effort estimation, and cost calculation when required
Design, integrate, operate, and enhance identity, access, and privileged account management solutions
Contribute throughout the entire project and service lifecycle, from scoping and integration through operational maintenance and Level 3 expertise
Ensure deliverable quality, platform security, and compliance with service commitments

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of experience in IAM, PAM, or cybersecurity integration
Significant experience in both Build and Run activities
Ability to manage technical initiatives independently
Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
Strong customer focus and ability to work as part of a team
Professional proficiency in English
Proficiency with PAM solutions: CyberArk, Wallix Bastion, Delinea, BeyondTrust, and One Identity Safeguard
Proficiency with IAM / IGA solutions: One Identity Manager, SailPoint, Omada, and Microsoft Entra ID
Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, GPO, SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect
Knowledge of PKI and certificate management
Proficiency with Windows Server and Linux
Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and Bash
Knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle databases
Knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud environments is a plus
