About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered offerings and platform capabilities
- Identify emerging market opportunities and convert them into commercially viable products
- Develop industry-specific solutions and reusable intellectual property
- Drive prioritization and investment decisions based on customer value, market opportunity, and business impact
- Lead strategy, productization, and commercialization of AI-powered products, platforms, accelerators, and industry solutions built on ServiceNow and the broader AI ecosystem
- Validate ideas through experimentation, prototyping, and customer engagement
- Work with engineering teams to assess feasibility, challenge assumptions, and accelerate innovation
- Translate emerging AI capabilities into enterprise-grade products and services
- Develop solution blueprints, accelerators, frameworks, reference architectures, and reusable assets
- Productize innovation into repeatable offerings with measurable outcomes
- Partner with Sales, GTM, Alliances, and Delivery teams on business cases, value propositions, demonstrations, and sales assets
- Support strategic pursuits, executive workshops, solution shaping, and customer engagements
- Contribute to thought leadership and industry positioning
- Champion consumer-grade enterprise experiences and human-centered design principles
- Ensure solutions balance automation, intelligence, trust, usability, and adoption
Requirements
What you’ll need- Product vision and roadmap development

- Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, autonomous agents, enterprise copilots, intelligent automation, and multi-agent systems
- Experience with AI platform capabilities including orchestration, memory, context management, governance, integrations, and autonomous execution
- Ability to develop solution blueprints, accelerators, frameworks, reference architectures, and reusable assets
- Ability to establish standards for scalability, governance, security, and value realization
