About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer and maintain the site’s systems infrastructure and server environments
Manage patching, deployments, and backup monitoring, particularly using Acronis
Diagnose and resolve infrastructure incidents to help ensure service availability and continuity
Participate in infrastructure management and evolution, including server rooms and obsolescence management
Help maintain the operational readiness of local infrastructure at a client site
Administer an environment of approximately 150 servers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in systems and infrastructure administration
Ability to work independently in complex technical environments
Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with various technical and business stakeholders
Proficiency in Windows Server
Experience with Acronis backup solutions
Experience with patching and deployment
Skills in incident diagnosis and resolution
Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity planning (a plus)
Experience in an industrial or pharmaceutical environment (a plus)
