About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer and maintain SailPoint Identity Security Cloud platform configurations
- Configure Identity Profiles, Access Profiles, Roles, Policies, and Lifecycle Events
- Support automated provisioning and deprovisioning workflows
- Manage Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes
- Maintain identity correlation and attribute mapping logic
- Monitor and resolve provisioning failures and connector issues
- Support integrations with Active Directory, Entra ID, HRIS systems, Epic, FreshService, and other enterprise applications
- Maintain technical and operational documentation
- Manage entitlement governance and access review campaigns
- Support certification processes and remediation activities
- Participate in identity audits and compliance initiatives
- Ensure adherence to security controls and governance standards
- Onboard applications into SailPoint ISC
- Perform entitlement discovery and schema reviews
- Define access roles and governance policies with application owners
- Support testing and validation for SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM, and REST-based integrations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM)
- Experience with identity lifecycle management, including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes
- Experience with access governance, role management, and certification campaigns
- Experience administering Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), LDAP, SCIM, SSO, and MFA solutions
- Strong knowledge of RBAC and ABAC models, Segregation of Duties (SoD), identity governance principles, and IAM best practices
- SailPoint configuration and administration experience
- Provisioning workflow management experience
- Experience with Identity Profiles, Access Profiles, Roles, Policies, and SailPoint Rules
- Connector troubleshooting and identity synchronization experience
- Application onboarding and entitlement management experience
- REST APIs and integrations experience
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Preferred: SailPoint Identity Security Administrator Certification
- Preferred experience with Epic, Cerner, healthcare identity environments, AWS IAM, Google Cloud IAM, Microsoft Entra ID, PowerShell, and Postman
- Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, NIST, and Zero Trust Security Architecture preferred
- Experience supporting healthcare or other highly regulated industries preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to explain IAM concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
