About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for architects, developers, and project stakeholders
Lead and strengthen technical collaboration with the client and internal teams
Contribute to the design, development, and documentation of solutions
Lead and support teams in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)
Develop and optimize continuous integration and contribute to deployment operations
Address performance, security, and scalability challenges
Contribute to responses to requests for proposals through estimation and technical drafting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Engineering degree or equivalent Master’s-level qualification
At least 8 years of experience in a similar role
Advanced knowledge of the Java, Spring, and Hibernate ecosystems
Proficiency in relational databases
Comfortable working with frontend technologies: Angular 9+, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, PrimeNG, and Material
Strong knowledge of DevOps environments: Jenkins, Git, and Linux
Strong knowledge of Cloud architectures
Leadership skills, ability to unite teams, and a strong team-oriented mindset
Curiosity, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation
