About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Critically analyze user stories and contribute to acceptance criteria using AI
- Write test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria
- Maintain test plans in TestRail
- Maintain QA test environments up to date and operationally ready
- Execute test campaigns for product validation
- Automate NRT (API/UI) using AI
- Ensure documentation is up to date
- Drive test campaigns using TestRail
- Report issues found in Jira
- Monitor quality indicators through Jira boards
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies: 3A, Planning, Daily, Review, and Retrospective
- Respect deadlines and quality of deliverables
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the QA practice
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of working experience in QA testing domain
- Experience in the software lifecycle, particularly testing aspects, from gathering user requirements to designing and executing tests
- Good knowledge of at least one test management tool (QualityCenter, Xray, TestRail, etc.) and a bug tracker like JIRA
- Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux systems
- Knowledge of a CI tool (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)
- Advanced level of English, minimum B2 (written and spoken)
- AI user with practical experience leveraging AI for user story improvements, test automation, CI/CD optimization, testing activities, and QA process improvements
- Organizational and ready to take on responsibilities
- Team spirit, interpersonal skills, communication and listening skills, good oral and written expression, autonomy, rigor, ability to work in a team, pragmatism, curiosity, creativity
- Only EU citizens will be considered
- Relocation to Croatia is mandatory
- No VISA sponsorship is available
