About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for preserving the value, maintaining, and managing disruptions at assigned properties, including preparing and coordinating the relevant measures
  • Assessing and optimizing energy management, environmental protection, fire safety, and security activities in building services engineering
  • Coordinating, monitoring, and documenting maintenance and repair measures, as well as pursuing warranty claims
  • Preparing property-specific tenders, budgets, schedules, and monthly and quarterly reports
  • Commissioning and supervising technical and infrastructure service providers
  • Reviewing and approving invoices
  • Supporting projects and handling special assignments
  • Reporting on operating costs, use of building systems, maintenance, and warranty management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed technical vocational training with additional commercial training or a degree in facility management or real estate management
  • Several years of professional experience in the technical management of commercial and residential properties
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, along with a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
  • Proficiency in standard software, particularly MS Excel
  • Strong customer focus, commitment, and assertiveness
  • Category B driver's license and willingness to undertake occasional business travel are an advantage
