About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the complete onboarding process for client pre-identified/pay rolled employees
- Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations
- Facilitate onboarding activities, including Form I-9, Form W-4, state-specific tax forms, client-specific documents, pre-employment screenings, and other onboarding tasks
- Execute daily follow-ups with associates
- Enter and update associate information in Atrium’s HRIS and timekeeping systems
- Maintain and update Excel and/or Google spreadsheets to organize and track onboarding progress
- Perform 100% account administration
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of work experience
- Ability to clearly articulate how to complete onboarding tasks and effectively liaise with associates
- Ability to understand associates’ challenges and demonstrate empathy
- Effective questioning and listening skills
- Ability to share insight and knowledge and educate associates patiently and thoughtfully
- Problem-solving ability
- Thorough, meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to commute to the Westerville, OH office on a hybrid schedule
- Ability to work Eastern Standard Hours (EST)
- Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
