About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Formulate, structure, and take ownership of user stories
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and refine product requirements and ideas in an agile environment
  • Support release management for the product
  • Collaborate with testers, developers, and cross-functional release management
  • Deliver features ready for acceptance and keep track of relevant dependencies and deadlines
  • Develop robust functional solutions together with the Squad Owner, team, and architects
  • Coordinate solutions with connected teams and customers
  • Contribute to the preparation of business cases
  • Support the product life cycle of the assigned topics
  • Take end-user requirements and regulatory frameworks into account

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable functional role
  • Good understanding of a bank’s organizational structure and business processes
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or SAFe
  • Fluent German skills at least at C1 level
  • Good English skills at least at B2 level
  • Confident manner and strong negotiation skills
  • Strong affinity for digital solutions, new technologies, usability, and design
  • Strong agile mindset
  • Independent, structured, and goal-oriented approach to work
