Handle a diverse range of tasks in the areas of revenue and booking, involving numerous business and technical interfaces
Analyze customer inquiries from a business perspective
Develop business and technical concepts to solve complex problems
Collaborate with specialist departments to ensure requirements are feasible to implement
Identify, analyze, and prioritize customer inquiries and incidents
Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of applications and services as part of an agile team
Support cross-functional initiatives
Support testing activities
Create test cases, test data, and test documentation across various testing levels to ensure quality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field; alternatively, a degree in banking or finance combined with several years of professional experience
Sound technical expertise
Knowledge of application development, particularly relational databases and microservices design
Experience in banking and finance is desirable
Practical experience with the agile Scrum methodology
Fluent German skills at C1 level or above
Good English skills at B2 level or above
Curiosity, attention to detail, creativity, and critical thinking
Ability to work in a team, a high level of commitment, and initiative
Strong quality awareness and sense of responsibility
A résumé and relevant employment and educational certificates are required when applying
