About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build a comprehensive understanding of the Atruvia Agentic Platform (AAP) and empower teams and other SGS units to independently implement AI solutions
Advise on selecting AI use cases for central products
Advise banks on implementing custom agents in no-code/low-code environments
Select suitable AI building blocks
Critically assess and refine use cases
Develop blueprints for agent development and optimization
Closely coordinate functional interfaces, such as MCP server design, with architects
Use Copilot Studio to explore potential agent templates
Use Microsoft Foundry to create blueprints for agent development
Use Azure Databricks to design a semantic layer
Present solutions to banks and communicate their business and technological benefits

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, physics, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience scaling technological innovations
Ability to develop viable solutions in collaboration with technical experts
Ability to explain and communicate complex concepts clearly to management and other target audiences
Enthusiasm for improving process efficiency and integrating agents into existing workflows
Experience with AI technologies
Experience transforming professionally competing requirements into viable, integrated end-to-end concepts
Independent, self-reliant, and team-oriented approach, including across service lines and business areas
