About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take functional ownership of products and solutions in the current accounts area
Prioritize the backlog based on customer value, strategic objectives, and stakeholder needs
Continuously develop and optimize current account processes
Align differing interests through active stakeholder management
Assess and prioritize requirements in an agile environment
Translate requirements into structured features and user stories
Develop innovative end-to-end solutions together with the team and coordinate them with relevant stakeholders from a functional perspective
Represent solutions in internal and external forums and present results in a target-group-oriented manner
Facilitate workshops with banks and partner companies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree with a focus on computer science, business informatics, business administration, or banking, combined with several years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent qualification
Experience managing cross-functional projects or subprojects
Very good understanding of a bank’s organizational structure and processes, as well as the requirements of retail and direct banks
Knowledge of the cooperative financial network of Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken is an advantage
Strong agile mindset
Confident use of Jira and Confluence for management, prioritization, and documentation
Experience working with agentic AI models is an advantage
Fluent German, at least C1 level
Good English skills, B2 level
Independent and self-reliant approach to work
Strong analytical skills, a high sense of responsibility, and a pronounced focus on communication and quality
Motivation to collaborate across disciplines in an open, honest, and respectful environment
