About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for banking apps
Further develop digital experiences that are clear, accessible, and consistent
Create interactive wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma
Visualize requirements at an early stage and systematically drive design ideas through to handover to development
Develop UI/UX concepts and ensure implementation in line with existing standards, design specifications, and user needs
Conduct gatekeeper reviews of contributions from other teams to the app
Ensure that external requirements and designs meet quality and consistency standards
Help shape the meaningful and efficient integration of artificial intelligence into daily UX/UI processes
Collaborate across locations with 12 colleagues and with stakeholders who are partly English-speaking

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in Visual Communication, Interaction Design, Digital Media, or Human-Computer Interaction, plus several years of relevant professional experience; alternatively, completed vocational training and many years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent qualification
Demonstrable practical experience designing user-centered digital products, preferably in the app or web sector
Good, proven hands-on knowledge of Figma
Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and more complex prototypes
Confident use of common UX methods
Business-fluent German, at least C1 level
Good English skills, B2 level
Structured and detail-oriented approach to work
Contribute your own ideas and communicate openly
A résumé and relevant employment and qualification certificates are required for the application
Portfolio featuring selected design concepts, prototypes, or other relevant work samples, if available
