About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise students on financial aid options, FAFSA requirements, grants, scholarships, and student loans.
- Help students understand available funding, out-of-pocket costs, and payment plans.
- Contact students to collect documents, resolve outstanding requirements, and meet deadlines.
- Review financial aid information and maintain complete, organized, and confidential student files.
- Apply financial aid regulations and institutional policies in advising and documentation.

Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of professional experience in financial aid or finance.
