About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage delivery planning, performance tracking, and service coordination for CISA’s Critical Infrastructure Engagement and Advisory Support Services
- Develop and maintain delivery plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, organizational responsibilities, and management controls for Sector Management support
- Coordinate personnel and service coverage, maintain staffing plan inputs, and resolve workload and delivery risks with the Project Manager and technical leads
- Track milestones, quality standards, deliverables, review comments, and acceptance status
- Maintain risk registers and mitigation actions
- Prepare monthly status and financial reporting inputs covering progress, schedule variance, staffing, expenditure status, issues, and recommendations
- Coordinate kickoff briefings, management reviews, continuity planning, and service transition activities
- Maintain quality assurance, risk, configuration, and subcontractor coordination processes and current documentation
- Coordinate classified support and protect Government information using approved facilities, systems, and handling procedures
- Provide sector management leadership with actionable delivery analysis
- Coordinate support for unplanned engagement workloads on short notice
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least seven (7) years of related project or program management experience
- Experience including Government service delivery and coordination of multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, public administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Experience developing project management plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, risk registers, and quality controls
- Experience tracking staffing, delivery milestones, performance issues, and financial status for Government programs
- Ability to coordinate reviews, prepare management briefings, resolve delivery risks, and sustain service continuity
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Must possess a Top Secret clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain SCI eligibility/access
- Favorable DHS fitness and required access determinations
- U.S. citizenship required for classified access
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, generally 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time
- Ability to perform Government-directed travel as required
