About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in defining and recommending public relations and corporate communications strategies, translating the client’s business objectives into communications plans.
- Serve as the account’s primary client contact, leading strategic meetings, presenting recommendations, and coordinating interactions among the client, agency, suppliers, and media.
- Manage relationships with key journalists and media outlets, identifying opportunities to increase exposure for the brand and its executives, as well as coordinating interviews and media initiatives.
- Oversee and review press releases, statements, corporate messaging, Q&As, speeches, and other communications materials.
- Lead the monitoring of critical situations, assessing reputational risks, proposing positioning strategies, and coordinating response and media monitoring plans.
- Track communications metrics, such as earned media, Share of Voice, reach, media sentiment, and executive visibility, turning data into strategic analyses and recommendations.
- Participate in planning and coordinate communications activities for events, launches, and media relations initiatives, including contingency management and results analysis.
- Guide Junior and Mid-Level professionals by assigning and monitoring tasks, reviewing strategic deliverables, and contributing to the team’s technical development and process improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent English.
- Experience at a communications agency.
- Category B driver’s license and own vehicle.
