About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support meaningful learning and development experiences for team members
- Answer questions, solve problems, and make learning and development tools easy to navigate
- Keep projects organized, communicate progress, meet deadlines, and follow through
- Manage the Guest Ranch Learning Management System, vendor training sites, and other digital learning systems
- Create, edit, build, and maintain learning content, assessments, access rules, basic graphics, and other resources
- Support studio preparation, filming, equipment operation, basic video editing, and store breakroom digital signage
- Turn detailed information into clear, practical communications
- Maintain training reports, track required training completion, and communicate with company leaders
- Support planning and execution of large-scale company events
- Contribute to scheduling, research, materials, requests, safety program administration, and other Team Development and Human Resources work
- Apply Murdoch’s mission, values, and principles in daily work
Requirements
What you’ll need- Genuine desire and excitement to serve others and help them succeed

- Strong organization and adaptability; ability to shift priorities while keeping important work moving

- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and English grammar skills
- Strong computer skills and eagerness to learn reporting tools, learning management systems, digital content creation, and basic video production and editing
- Experience in Microsoft 365 and Docebo Learning Platform is preferred
- Professional maturity to work with confidential Human Resources information
- Willingness and ability to work occasional extended hours or weekends
- Willingness and ability to occasionally travel to stores to support learning events
- Ability to perform the listed physical demands, including sitting for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, carrying, pushing, working on a ladder, repetitive wrist movements, and close PC work
