About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Audit reservations for multiple properties, ensuring accurate room assignments, billing needs, and related details
  • Monitor inboxes for bookings, modifications, and cancellations and complete SynXis reservation steps
  • Review reservations for quality and accuracy and follow up on inaccuracies
  • Process cancellation reports and accurate refunds where applicable
  • Review upcoming reservations and complete remaining deposit balances
  • Maximize revenues through upgrade opportunities and balance inventories daily
  • Monitor length-of-stay restrictions and open availability when applicable
  • Review group room inventory and communicate with GRC and Sales Teams
  • Maintain knowledge of regional properties, room types, experiences, rates, and property-specific details
  • Update guest profiles with stay history, special occasions, preferences, and other pertinent information
  • Share guest information with pre-arrival teams to personalize experiences
  • Align back-to-back check-in/check-out reservations to avoid guest glitches
  • Attend daily meetings as appropriate
  • Maintain property deposit ledgers periodically
  • Perform administrative tasks assigned by Area Reservations Leadership
  • Maintain professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company
  • Keep department heads informed of issues to ensure prompt correction and guest satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
  • Google Suites proficiency
  • Opera experience
  • Pleasant, articulate, and professional phone and email demeanor
  • Ability to speak clearly, confidently, and thoughtfully to best represent the property
  • Ability to work independently with self direction and with a team remotely
  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple projects at once
  • Ability to make acute decisions that support resort operations
  • Ability to professionally represent the resort and interact with other teams and clients in a polished, responsible, and timely manner
  • Ability to communicate information to operational departments accurately and in a timely manner
  • Knowledge of Auberge Collection culture and New England region a bonus
  • Timeliness, reliability, and sense of urgency in handling tasks
