About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take on responsibilities in fund administration and support deal execution
Support investor communications, including capital calls and reporting requests
Work closely with service providers, including lawyers, notaries, and tax advisors
Provide end-to-end support for fund reporting
Be responsible for preparing annual financial statements
Manage the cash position of selected fund entities
Establish new reporting structures and continuously enhance existing ones
Optimize the existing process landscape

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in business, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification (e.g., vocational training in tax)
Initial practical experience in finance, accounting, or controlling at an audit firm, tax advisory firm, or comparable company
Ideally, initial exposure to private equity or venture capital
Strong understanding of financial statements, taxation, liquidity management, and investments
Knowledge of company valuation processes is an advantage
Confident working with service providers such as tax advisors and lawyers, along with a basic understanding of legal matters
Excellent analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers
Fluent German and English skills at a professional negotiating level (C1 or above)
