About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Actively contribute to all commercial and financial matters—both operational and strategic—within Planium Holding
Prepare and deliver ongoing financial and performance reporting to the management team, shareholders, and financing partners
Oversee controlling and manage the consolidation of the Group’s companies
Build and further develop the finance organization, particularly through the digitalization and standardization of financial processes
Own the planning, budgeting, and forecasting process, including liquidity planning
Provide financial support for add-on acquisitions, from due diligence through the integration of newly acquired companies
Work closely with the CEO of the Planium Group and act as a key sparring partner to AUCTUS

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successfully completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in accounting and controlling, preferably in a mid-sized company, audit firm, or (mid-sized) management consultancy
Strong knowledge of finance, reporting, and consolidation
Ideally, initial experience in private equity-backed companies, M&A transactions, or people management
Hands-on mentality, strong assertiveness, and an affinity for working with mid-sized companies
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
