About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage, operate, and maintain application environments across cloud and on-premises deployments
- Work in multi-cloud environments including Oracle OCI, Azure, and AWS, as well as Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS
- Develop, implement, and maintain integrations and interfaces between enterprise systems
- Use low-code/no-code and integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud, Power Automate, and Power Apps
- Manage certificate lifecycles and configure authentication mechanisms, SSO, and application-level security protocols
- Lead and implement process automation using scripting and automation tools
- Proactively monitor systems and troubleshoot complex issues
- Improve system performance, stability, and availability
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, networking, and information security teams
- Contribute to cloud initiatives, modern integration architectures, process automation projects, and AI-powered solutions supporting AudioCodes' digital transformation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform: OCI, Azure, or AWS
- Willingness and ability to expand into additional cloud platforms
- Hands-on experience developing and implementing integrations using OIC, Power Automate, Power Apps, or equivalent platforms
- Strong practical knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and JSON/XML data formats
- Good understanding and background in networking and information security
- Experience writing automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Bash
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Broad system-level thinking
- Demonstrated ability to independently learn new technologies and tools
