About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement, maintain, and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud, focusing on Order Management, Pricing, and Approval Workflow
Analyze and design complex end-to-end order processes, including Recurring Orders and Subscriptions
Lead requirements-gathering processes and prepare functional specifications
Support go-live activities
Analyze and support integrations and interfaces between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems
Lead cross-organizational projects
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using technology solutions and AI tools
Drive business transformation across global order-to-cash processes
Collaborate with business and technology teams on cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Application Implementer working with complex enterprise systems
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, particularly the Order Management module, including familiarity with Pricing and Approvals
Proven experience analyzing complex business processes, gathering requirements, and writing functional specification documents
Good understanding of integration architecture and multi-system processes
Ability to work independently and lead tasks in a multi-stakeholder environment
Good written and spoken English
Experience with Subscription and Recurring Order processes is a significant advantage
Experience working with APIs, integration tools, and connecting Oracle Fusion to third-party systems is a significant advantage
Background in digital transformation and process automation projects is a significant advantage
Hands-on familiarity with Generative AI solutions and AI Agents is a significant advantage
