About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive, qualify, document, and process hardware and software service requests and incidents via the ticketing system and by phone
- Independently resolve IT issues
- Proactively follow up on tickets and keep users informed about the status of their requests
- Independently plan and conduct support appointments to resolve technical issues
- Prepare, configure, and issue hardware to employees
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed IT training, e.g., as an IT specialist for systems integration, or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of administering and supporting Microsoft infrastructures
- Initial experience with software deployment using Microsoft Configuration Manager / MECM / SCCM and/or Citrix DaaS is an advantage
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- High motivation and a structured approach to work
- Fluent German, both written and spoken, at least C1 level
- Category B driver's license
