About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help design and build Augrade's 4D scheduling capability, combining 3D modeling with time/planning data and AI
Bring hands-on construction management judgment to product and engineering decisions
Read and interpret blueprints/construction drawings as part of daily work
Work in person with the team roughly one week per month
Partner with the engineering team on the technical/AI side
Apply construction project planning and execution expertise to an AI-powered scheduling product

Requirements

What you’ll need

Construction background spanning both planning and execution — not planning alone
Extensive, hands-on project management experience
Experience overseeing/managing project managers in construction, end-to-end
Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction drawings
Open to relocation
8–12+ years of relevant experience (nice to have)
Civil engineering or construction management background (nice to have)
Demonstrated coachability (nice to have)
