About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current and valid Georgia Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Two (2) years of nursing experience as an RN
  • One (1) year of RN experience in a long-term care facility (nursing home)
  • Completed a course in teaching adults, or experience teaching adults and/or supervising nurse aids
  • Current BLS certification for healthcare providers
  • Submit a cover letter, resume/vita, three professional references, and unofficial transcripts
  • Official transcripts required upon an offer of employment
  • Employment contingent upon successful completion of credit and/or all appropriate background checks
  • Faculty must be credentialed to satisfy all appropriate accrediting bodies for the assigned course
