About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to increase Dual Enrollment participation and support institutional enrollment goals
  • Serve as primary contact for prospective students, parents, high school counselors, administrators, and community partners
  • Represent the college at high school visits, college fairs, parent meetings, community events, and recruitment functions
  • Conduct presentations, application workshops, information sessions, campus tours, and enrollment events
  • Assist students through admissions, testing, and enrollment processes
  • Coordinate recruitment communications, marketing initiatives, and outreach campaigns
  • Advise Dual Enrollment students on course selection, academic planning, degree pathways, and program requirements
  • Review transcripts, placement scores, graduation requirements, and eligibility criteria
  • Monitor registration, academic progress, and program completion; coordinate interventions
  • Explain college policies, procedures, deadlines, and academic expectations
  • Coordinate orientation, onboarding, and student engagement activities
  • Refer students to campus resources and advocate for student success
  • Coordinate daily Dual Enrollment program operations and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Maintain partnerships with high school counselors, administrators, faculty, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with academic departments on schedules, pathway opportunities, and enrollment needs
  • Manage Dual Enrollment eligibility verification, funding approvals, and required documentation
  • Maintain student records, applications, transcripts, residency documentation, and enrollment data
  • Collect and report enrollment, retention, and student success data
  • Ensure compliance with FERPA and applicable admissions and Dual Enrollment policies
  • Participate in professional development and represent the college on recruitment and Dual Enrollment initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from a regionally accredited college or university
  • Two (2) years of experience in admissions, recruitment, advising, enrollment management, Dual Enrollment, student affairs, or a related educational environment
  • Related experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis
  • Knowledge of admissions, recruitment, and enrollment management practices
  • Knowledge of Dual Enrollment policies, funding requirements, and academic regulations
  • Knowledge of high school graduation requirements and postsecondary pathways
  • Knowledge of FERPA and student records management practices
  • Strong interpersonal, public speaking, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
  • Ability to analyze academic records and apply admissions and eligibility requirements
  • Skill in using student information systems, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and related technology
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing exceptional customer service
  • Candidates must pass a criminal background check
