About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s in psychology, education, or related field is a plus
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges, is highly preferred
  • Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be professional and have a strong work ethic
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel between 15–60+ miles to client homes
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Open to training and professional growth
