About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build and deploy agentic AI solutions for clients
- Contribute to technical design, including agent architecture, tool selection, orchestration and integration logic
- Build and maintain integrations into client systems, including REST APIs, gateways and marketing and communications technology platforms
- Set up and operate solutions on Azure or AWS, including deployment, monitoring, access control and cost management
- Participate in client meetings and translate requirements into technical options
- Explain built solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to reusable architectures and components for future client engagements
- Address security and data governance requirements throughout the build process
- Document solutions so they can be maintained by others
Requirements
What you’ll need- A few years of experience working in tech
- Experience shipping production code, including working in unfamiliar codebases
- Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS, including setting up and managing infrastructure in production
- Integration experience including REST APIs, authentication and webhooks
- Experience building solutions powered by LLMs, such as OpenAI or Anthropic, with practical understanding of how agents behave with real data
- Working knowledge of security and data protection principles, such as least privilege and data residency
- Ability to explain technical trade-offs without jargon to non-technical stakeholders
- Professional English
- Swedish is an advantage but not required
- Experience from an agency or consultancy environment is nice to have
- Familiarity with marketing and communications technology platforms is nice to have
- Experience with Node.js and/or Python is nice to have
